Who We Are:

Valley Network Engineers provides “Complete Onsite Computer Solutions”. We are committed to helping small to medium sized businesses share computer network resources and enhance their communication capabilities. The business was originally established in October of 1998 under the name “Rader and Associates.” The principals are Wm. “Ernie” Rader and Rita Palacios-Rader.

Ernie is a current CNE (Certified Novell Engineer) at the 4.11 and 5.0 levels, and carries an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification as well. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Stanislaus State University.

Since Ernie spends the majority of his time in the field correcting computer network problems on site, he can be reached on his cell phone at (209) 402-7464. Customers can freely call him with questions and know that the business owner, not a hired employee, will be immediately available for answers and appointments.
