Policies and Procedures:

The initial consultation at your office is FREE. Once the initial evaluation of your problem is determined, a verbal estimate of the time and costs involved can be made. This is only an estimate since there is no way to predict what problems might be encountered in any computer repair.

• There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for each service call. All additional hours will be billed in increments of 15 minutes.
• Purchases of hardware, computers or software are to be prepaid at the time of order.
• We will not install unlicensed software or copied CD's.
• You must have original CD's with unique installation codes/keys for each computer in order for us to add that program to another computer. If you have one copy of a program and you want us to install that copy on more than one computer, we will not do it, that's an infringement on copyright and licensing laws.
